NLRB Field Agents are in a Union
Did you know that NLRB Field Examiners are in a union?
Field examiners are responsible for investigating charges of unfair labor practices, recommending appropriate actions or remedies, conducting elections to determine union representation preferences, and acting as hearing officers in contested representation matters.
Some people think this creates a bias in favor of unions and against employers. I think most are as impartial as they can be.
