This presentations will cover many of the nuances between a lawful, beneficial handbook and an unlawful detrimental handbook, including toxic policies, iron-clad policies, and policies that should have been updated in the last year because of the National Labor Relations Board’s targeted expansion into governing non-union workplaces.
