Teamsters v UPS Battle: Who will Blink First?

Teamsters want to share in UPS profits. UPS wants a cost-neutral contract meaning any financial gains in one area should be met with concessions in another area. Teamsters say this is delusional and reiterates it wants higher wages and more paid time off (among other demands).
